IBPS SO Eligibility Criteria
IBPS SO Age Limit
The age of the applicant must range from anywhere between 20 to 30 years and the age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 05 years, for OBC candidates age limit is 03 years, for PWD candidates is 10 years, and for ex-servicemen is 05 years is mandatory.
IBPS SO Education Qualification
I.T. Officer (Scale-I):
Candidate should have a 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree or PG in CS/CA/IT/EE/EC/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level is mandatory.
Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I):
Candidate should have 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Food Science/ Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Co./ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Tech./ Dairy Tech./ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture
RajbhashaAdhikari (Scale-I):
Candidate should have PG Degree in Hindi with English as a core subject OR a PG Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as core subjects are needed.
Law Officer (Scale-I):
Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council is needed.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I):
Candidate should have a Graduate and 2 Years Full-time PG degree or 2 Years Full-time PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work /Labour Law.
Marketing Officer (Scale-I):
Candidate should have a Graduate and 2 Years Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ 2 Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ 2 Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a specialization in Marketing is needed.
IBPS SO 2022 Selection Process
- The IBPS SO Recruitment process to select Specialist Officers through IBPS SO 2022 is done in three phases: Online Preliminary Exam, Online Mains Exam, and Interview Process.
- Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and be shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank.
IBPS SO Application Fee 2022
- The application fees/Intimation Charges (Applicable GST will be borne by IBPS) for SC/ST/PWBD candidates is Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) and for all the others application fee is Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST).
- Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through ONLINE mode only.
