As of February 1, 2023, the age requirement for the position is 18 years minimum and 25 years maximum.
HPCL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Process Technician – The candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. with Chemistry as Principal Subject (Honors)/ Polymer Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry.
Assistant Boiler Technician – The candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in XII or 60% aggregate marks in ITI approved by NCVET with 50% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD.
Assistant Fire & Safety Operator – The candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in XII with Science & Certificate in Basic Fire Fighting Course for Fireman from State Fire Training Centre
Assistant Maintenance Technician (Electrical) – The candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in Diploma in Electrical Engineering or 60% aggregate marks in Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering & 50% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD.
HPCL Recruitment 2023 Salary:
Remuneration for all the above positions will be approximately Rs. 7,52,000/- per annum on Cost to Company Basis (Pay Scale Rs. 27500/- to Rs. 100000/-).
HPCL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
Candidates who meet all of the requirements for each post will be invited to take a computer-based test (CBT) that consists of a general aptitude test and a technical or professional knowledge test.
