HP Forest Recruitment 2021 Job Description

The JICA assistant project for PIHPFEM&L is being implemented in 18 forest Divisions of 7 forest circles falling in six districts (i.e. Kinnaur / Shimla / Bilaspur / Mandi / Kullu & Lahaul Spiti) of the state. The initial two years’ preparatory phase of the Project is over and the implementation phase hs started from financial year 2020 – 21.

Accordingly, services of Retired HPFS Officers purely on Contract basis will be hired under the PIHPFEM&L.

HP Forest Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

Retired HPFS Officers will be paid fixed emoluments @ Rs. 50,000/- per month, out of the Project Funds. Initially the engagement would be for a period of one year and can be extended further if required by the project.

• To facilitate DFOs in technical and administrative matters of the Project at division level.
• To facilitate in getting the VFDS / BMC Sub-committees formed & registered and Microplans prepared through consultations with the communities.
• To facilitate Annual plan preparation.
• To coordinate with the Project Ranges (FTUs), SMS and FTU Coordinator vis-à-vis DMU.
• To facilitate the exaction of the Project activities by VFDS (PFM Mode), its monitoring and evaluation.
• To facilitate the formation of SHGs/CIGs.
• To facilitate the Capacity Development of the Stakeholders.
• To facilitate inter sectoral convergence at district level.
• Monitoring of the field activities as per requirement of Project Director (M&E), Kullu
