How to Apply for First Graduate Certificate Online?
- Go to the TNeGA website: https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in/
- Click “User Login” on the homepage
- Select “New user or Sign up here” on that page
- Fill out the registration form in the prescribed format
- Select “Revenue Department” on e-Sevai Services for Citizen Page
- Click “REV-104 First Graduate Certificate” on that page
- Generate CAN ID to apply for the certificate
- Enter the CAN ID and fill out the online application
- Upload your supporting documents
- Make a payment online & Click Proceed
- You will get an application no. and check your status
- After Verification, you can download your First Graduate Certificate
