The maximum age limit will be 25 years old on September 1, 2021. SC/ST applicants are limited to a 5-year higher age limit, OBC applicants are limited to a 3-year upper age limit (OBC with a valid Non Creamy Layer Certificate), and PWD applicants are limited to a 10-year upper age limit. Candidates must have finished a 10th standard examination under the 10+2 educational system or its equivalent, as well as have passed an ITI exam in a relevant field.

Stipends shall be paid in accordance with the rules. The training will last for one year. Apprentices would be hired based on the results of a written test.
