• Complete new part development in a timely manner in order to meet numerous model events and ensure a seamless project launch.
• Budget Proto costing will be done in accordance with PDX in order to update the business case.
• To ensure profitability, mass production cost settlement for category parts must be done within budget.
• Cost-cutting initiatives include leap/lead innovations and design-stage savings.
• In order to increase profitability, new parts are required.
