• They have to test matrix management Proper test setup and engine installation Guidance to mechanic Proper assembly of test engine Ensure compliance to HMCL’s own development process and methodology
• They are expected to escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of CTQ targets.

Team Member:

• They need to do the verification of new parts as per the drawings and standards.
• They should verify the supplier testing and validation reports.
• They have to analyze part drawings and specifications to include all parameters required for new part development
• To ensure Quality Establishment of Special Processes for trouble free launches of new model and alternate source Verification of parts and process at vendors.
• They have to do PPAP verification and approval.
