Hefty Announcement From Big State!!! Govt. Plans To Cancel All Pending Traffic Challan: The Uttar Pradesh state government has brought a big relief for private and commercial vehicle owners with their announcement that the state government has planned to cancel all the traffic challan from 2017 to 2021. This cancellation will apply to all the vehicles that come under the state irrespective of the model and registration.
According to the report, the pending challan which was filed from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2021 will be cancelled. This has been carried forward under the UP ordinance number 2 of June 2023. Regarding this, the state transport Commissioner Mr. Chandra Bhushan Singh has instructed all district transport officers to cancel all the challan which was filed on the mentioned dates.
The above-mentioned cancellation is also applied to the currently pending cases in the courts. This decision of the state’s CM has been cherished by the previously violated vehicle owners. The owner can also check the status of the pending bills through the official website by logging in by registered vehicle number.
