Educational Qualification in HEC Recruitment 2019:
Eligible candidates should completed in 10th or Matriculation/ITI /Qualified in all India Trade Test for Apprentices (National Apprenticeship Certificate – NAC) with Relevant Work Experience.

- 10th /Matriculation Passed Candidates – Rs.8610/- to Rs.15250/-
- ITI Passed Candidates – Rs.8870/- to Rs.15830/-
- Apprentices (All India Trade Passed) Candidates – Rs.9140/- to Rs.16650/-
Selection Process in HEC Recruitment 2019:
HEC has to decided to conduct the Written Test & Trade Test . Merit list will be
prepared based on candidates’ performance in both Written and Trade Tests (total 100
marks).
HEC Job Training Period:
HEC Recruitment has released the selected candidates will initially be inducted as on the job Trainees for a period of 2 (two) years.
HEC Recruitment 2019 Training Period Remuneration:
Selected Candidates may be paid a consolidated wage as furnished below for various categories of Trainees.
- 10th /Matriculation Passed Candidates – 6500/(1st Year) & Rs.7500/(2nd Year)
- ITI Passed Candidates – Rs.7000/(1st year) & Rs.8000(2nd Year)
- Apprentices (All India Trade Passed) Candidates – Rs.7500/(1st year)& Rs.8500(2nd year)
