Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Channel – Sales
- This position’s main responsibility is to develop a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
- Participants will go through an intense training programme centred on the insurance sector, products, sales procedures, and channel management when you are on boarded.
- After successfully completing training, you will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and leading a team of financial consultants in order to fulfill your sales targets.
- This is a field position that needs a lot of travel within your designated territory and to the location of your financial consultant/customers. You will be required to be at the market to meet with customers/clients on a regular basis, including on Sundays (as and when required). (Refer Official Notification)

- Developing a solid relationship with the channel partners’ sales teams (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Getting to your sales goals based on your channel approach
- Meeting with potential consumers and selling insurance solutions with the help of the channel sales team
- Providing pre- and post-sale assistance (e.g. claim settlement)
- Assuring business quality and long-term viability (renewals of premium)
- Allowing channel sales teams to leverage the most up-to-date digital platforms
