Responsibilities:
- To achieve merchant acquisition product and cross-sell targets as defined by management month-on-month.
- To source merchant-acquiring products (POS, Soundbox, SmartHub, etc.) from the branch customer base (HNW/Non-HNW) or open market
- Visiting the allocated branch on a daily basis and meeting the branch staff for lead generation.
- The sales officer will work on the existing base of self-employed customers with banking relationships to offer a merchant acquisition solution.
- The sales officer needs to source competitive merchants along with their complete banking relationship.
- The sales officer will be responsible for ensuring the engagement and visitation of all portfolio merchants assigned.
- The sales officer will also be responsible for activating these merchants, increasing the volume share, and generating cross-sell leads during these interactions.
