Responsibilities:
- Create technical videos based on the business requirement
- Development of motion graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) and ensuring the quality levels
- Interacting with SMEs, Content Developers for visualization of the graphics
- Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from Storyboards
- Macro and Micro strategy for learning and communications solutions
- Monitors cultural trends to make sure designs are relevant, appropriate, and fresh
- Understanding stakeholder requirements and suggesting the appropriate communications learning solution.
Competencies:
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions, recommending value-creation initiatives to clients, and implementing industry best practices.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
