In this regard, an order issued by the State Directorate of School Education has informed that Thursday, October 27 will be a holiday for all government, private and government-aided schools across the state of Haryana.
Also, Assistant Director of Secondary Education Kuldeep Mehta has advised that all schools should follow this order. Regarding this, a circular has been sent to schools on behalf of all District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers of the state. Generally, Diwali is celebrated as a five-day festival in the state of Haryana.
