Happy News for MRB Aspirants!!! Govt. Hospital Doctor Recruitment Result Will Be Released Soon: In Tamil Nadu, the Medical Recruitment Board (MRB) conducted the competitive exam on April 25 for filling the vacant positions of 1,021 doctors in government hospitals across TN. According to the report, the board has planned to release the result within 1 or 2 weeks.
Over 25,000 MBBS graduates appeared for this exam and the exam was held at 91 centers across the state. Previously, the board has also stated that the result will be released within 1 month from the date of the exam. The exam comprises a Tamil eligibility test and a technical objective-type test. Aspirants felt that the Tamil eligibility test was quite tough and many of them are not able to attend the questions.
Candidates have to score 20 out of 50 for clearing the Tamil eligibility test. Recently, Tamil Nadu Government Medical Officers Association’s State General Secretary Mr. Akilan said that due to the Tamil eligibility test were tough; he instructed the board to reduce the passing marks from 20 to 15.
