Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an Indian Multinational Information Technology Company that has recently announced a salary hike of 20% to 70% of its employees and the remaining 30% of its employees will get a hike depending upon their performance. This hike is announced as a Christmas and New Year gift to its employees.
They also announced to give a 100% variable pay to its employees for the financial year 2022. Out of 6 lakh employees, 4 lakh employees will get better pay due to this 100% variable pay announcement. “MilindLakkar”, the company’s chief human resources officer announced this news on Monday after the company’s quarterly turnover is listed to the public.
