Guidelines Regarding Conduct Of Vocational Practical Examinations IPE 2021 – Download PDF Here!!! Telangana State Board TSBIE has released the Notification for General Instruction for the Guidelines Regarding Conduct of Vocational Practical Examinations IPE 2021. Check the guidelines to apply for this exam given below.

• All principals of (Govt./ Govt. Sector/ Private) Junior Colleges with Vocational Streams are hereby notified that the Vocational Practical Examinations IPE – 2021 for Intermediate Regular First Year students (of the 2020-2021 batch) will be held as Internal Home Examinations from December 3, 2020 to December 7, 2020.
• Every Junior College (Government/Government Sector/Private) with a Vocational Section would serve as a hub for those pupils (whatever be the strength).
• Principals should devise a workable schedule for conducting Practical Examinations in their institutions.
• The examination should be held in the morning (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) or afternoon (2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.), whichever is most convenient.
• Within the deadlines, principals must complete the process of conducting practical examinations, valuing answer scripts, and submitting award lists online for his college. ‘
• Candidates in the first year vocational programme (from the 2020-21) shall attend in the exams with their IPE – October 2021 Theory Examination Hall Ticket number.
• The exam should be based on Practical Subjects syllabus. (The Practical Syllabus is available on the tsbie.cag.gov.in website) (in News & Announcements)
• The question paper should include more than 50% options (Practical Model Question Papers are available on the tsbie.cgg.gov.in website) (in News & Announcements).
• On the same day, the appropriate Subject Lecturers will conduct the examinations and grade the Answer Scripts.

• The Principal should keep the Valued Answer scripts in his or her safe custody.
• The Award List for each Practical Subject is available online through the tsbie.cgg.gov.in website. The grades should be recorded in an online award list.
• The concerned subject professors should properly post the marks after appraising the answer scripts (in double digits for Practicals and three digits for OJT).
• The same dates should be posted in the Online Award List in College login for On the Job Training (OJT) marks.
• Principals and lecturers should make extensive announcements to students about the conduct of Vocational Practical Examinations in order to achieve 100% attendance.
• The real day, session, and timings of the Conduct of Practical Examinations in the college should be communicated to students.
