- At that Event, the State Head Participated and Gave his Best Way for the Freshly Appointed Sikkim Civil Services Officers.
- While Attending the Event, the CM made an announcement on Providing 12-month maternity leave and 1-month paternity leave to Government Employees of the State.
- The Actual Benefit given usually is 6 months, or 26 weeks, of paid maternity leave for the working woman under the Maternity Benefit Act 1961.
- Now, the Sikkim CM has planned to Given Year Long Maternity Leave, 1-Month Paternity Leave and Other Allowances to help Government Employees.
