TamilNadu state government bring some changes in providing the scholarship to the excellent writer exclusively who are belonging to the SC, ST categories. Government of the state already practising the scheme of providing Rs. 50,000 to the best writers belongs to the tribal category. Instead of that amount government can give the cost need to publish their own books.
