Google Docs and Drive Get Its E-Signature Feature!!! Bit of Late Seems: The Tech giant, Google has introduced an E-signature feature to its Docs and Drive workspace, and according to Google this feature is intended to streamline the signature marking options to the documents without using the third-party website and applications. This feature enables the users to request and add signatures to the official documents.

Google also announced that this feature does not require additional sign-up and it is now available for an open beta workspace individual subscribers. The signature alpha testing was started in 2022 and now it has been released with an initiation to keep forwarding the feature based on the feedback received.
This feature is aimed at solopreneurs and small businesses to easily mark their signatures in the documents without printing, scanning, and mailing to get signatures. Even though it is not an exciting feature and most of the third-party apps are already providing this feature, this will be helpful to avoid switching to other apps. This update seems to be a bit late compared to others.
