Meanwhile, Wipro will hire 70 per cent more fresh talent from the campus in FY22 versus the previous year, according to CEO Thierry Delaporte. The analytics says in Fiscal year 2023 around 3, 50,000-3, 60,000 freshers will be hired in India’s Major Information Technology Firms. IT companies are looking for newcomers with more skills in their field and quick learners.
