• You will be responsible for Engineering & Material Flow Analysis using Discrete-Event Simulation Software packages to support Facility planning and Process improvements in Ford plants across the globe.
• You will lead multiple and complex simulation projects as a single point of contact to the regional counterpart to understand, build, simulate, and optimize the plant operational process flow models using simulation software packages and lean manufacturing principles
• You will be Interpreting simulation output to clearly identify findings, caveats, assumptions, and implications.
• You will be transforming simulation data and analysis outputs into clear data visualizations and/or reports to communicate findings.
• You will need to leverage design of experiments thinking to develop appropriate parameter sweep scenarios to best generate optimal and prescriptive decision making insights
