Description

Develop DPA,RPA solutions using Pega and Case Management solutions.
Developing integrations for DPA,RPA solutions using Webservices and API’s
Work with other software engineers to cooperatively deliver global user stories.
Uses the test driven development methodology to realize the technical solution.
Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (SDD and TDD) and End User Training
Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy systems
Coordinate with global business skill teams, PDO IT teams, Architects and Product vendor (Pega) in developing and deploying the automation solutions.
Creating business rules to clearly define acceptable claiming criteria for the assessing team / Bot to reduce claim costings in line with the correct repair methodology.
To liaise with the Product development team on project development and recommendations
To take ownership of commodity projects and maintenance of the control documents to ensure the most up to date information is available to the Bot / assessing team
