Ford India Recruitment 2021 Qualification:
- Candidates who have completed B.E., B.Tech. MCA and have above 8 yrs of Experience can apply online for the posts.
- Total 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge in AGILE methodology and Roles & Responsibilities as Product Manager (PM) or Anchor for 2+ years.
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Mainframe Technologies – COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM and usage of Utility Tools: IBMDebugger/Xpeditor, Endevor, File Manager, DB2 File-Aid, SPUFI.
Skills Required:
- Strong technical and excellent analytical skills to support both in new Development and Production Support issues for the Mainframe application
- Possess adequate amount of knowledge in promotion and deployment of routine fixes and major releases into a production environment using Mainframe technology.
- Experience leading an agile software delivery team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent logical reasoning and lateral thinking skills
- Good Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management and relationship building skills.
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Work with culturally diverse distributed teams.
Value Add:
- Knowledge in Java and integration between Java and Mainframe or any web knowledge will be an added plus.
- Exposure to Webservices (RESTful or SOAP APIs) and their implementation on Mainframe
Job Description and Qualification:
- Ensure that rolling backlogs of work items are available for the team.
- Be accountable for the Product Support, including effective management of Incidents, Problems and Business Requests within the SLA.
- Removes impediments for the team
- Work effectively with other technical experts.
- Work in a collaborative environment with teams located in other regions.
