Ford India Careers 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering from recognized University or Institution. The Applicants must have minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
Professional Exposure:
- Engineering BOM Validation and Releasing tools
- Structure Release and Maintenance
- Features Interpretation
- Usage Audit
- Engineering Changes Planning and Implementation
- Knowledge of Parts and its application
BOM – Validation, Release and Change Management:
- Release Engineering BOM in Ford Corporate Systems as per established process / guidelines
- Participate in Cross-functional Team Engineering reviews
- Ensure incorporation of Releasing inputs during development of Product Direction Letter
- Analyze Program Direction Letters and accurately assess the BoM Changes required
- Liaise with Engineering and check the accuracy of data before releasing of BOM in system
- Perform Pre-Engineering BOM release audits for new model BOM’s using Ford audit tools
- Maintain 100% BOM accuracy and quality levels in support of both prototype and production builds through various audit methods
