• Hands on experience in building SQL queries (FDP/PowerBI) will be an added advantage

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team and overall day to day operations teams. Key responsibility (not limited to) will be around Work allocation, SLA management, vendor management, high collaboration with internal stakeholders and overall execution and management of the team. Planning, budgeting and forecasting are also a crucial part of this role. Overall, you should have the ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion with best in class operations and rigour.
