- Candidates required to assist and eventually ramp up to handle end to end Non-Voice Forecasting.
- Have to assist and eventually ramp up to handle end to end Non-Voice Planning.
- Required to communicate with partners, stakeholders and drive the plan to completion (by predicting failure modes, strong documentation, rigorous follow up, preparing RCAs, suggesting alternate methods during roadblocks etc.)
- Able to navigate MS Excel expertly and prepare reports/models and use them as tools to arrive at a solution.
- Deliver on KPIs such as SLs, Average Handling time, Abandons, Forecast Deviation, Average response time etc.
- Need to be audacious, biased towards taking action with the highest standard of integrity for improved customer experience
