Applicants should have passed a Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work (Specialization in Personnel/HR Management)/ Business Administration from a recognized board or university.

Senior Manager, Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications):
Applicants should have passed a Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from a recognized board or university.
Assistant Manager (Research and Development):
Applicants should have passed M.Sc in Chemistry from a recognized board or university.
Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering):
Applicants should have passed a Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized board or university.
Technician (Process):
Applicants should have passed a Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology, and a B.Sc in Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry from a recognized board or university.
FACT Recruitment 2024 Salary:
Selected candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of six months at the minimum in managerial scale of pay of Rs.70000-200000/-
