FACT Job Eligibility:
| Senior Manager Design Deputy Manager Design (Process) on contract basis | Degree in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology / Petroleum Refining with 5 to 10 years of experience |
| Senior Manager Design (Mechanical – MMH/Mechanical – PCE) & Deputy Manager Design (Mechanical – Piping/Mechanical –MMH/ Mechanical – PCE) & Engineer (Mechanical) on contract basis. | Degree in Mechanical Engineering with the 1 or 5 or 10 years of experiences (as per the respective job requirements). |

FACT Job age limit:
The candidates applying for the job must have the Age Limit of the following:
- Senior Manager Design /Deputy Manager Design – with the maximum 65 years of experience (no age relaxation).
- Engineer Design/ Engineer / Site Supervisor – with the maximum 35 years of experience( with the age relaxation as per the board guidelines)
- Resident Construction Manager- with the maximum 45 years of experience (with the age relaxation as per the board guidelines).
FACT Job Selection Process 2022:
- The candidates applied for the job will be selected based on the Interview Process.
- The management have the right to Shortlist the candidates based on the Test or any other process (as per the decision of the board).
- The management decision about the Mode of Selection is final and binding.
FACT Job Salary:
- The selected candidates will be given the Salary of :
- Senior Manager Design – Rs. 60000 to 75000 per month
- Deputy Manager Design– Rs. 40000 to 50000 per month
- Engineer– Rs. 25750 to 30000 per month
- Resident Construction Manager– Rs. 35000 to 45000 per month
- Site Supervisor– Rs. 23200 to 27000 per month
