Ericsson Senior Infrastructure Engineer Eligibility Criteria 2021:

• The applicants should have Bachelors/master’s in computer science, or related disciplines from any of the reputed institutes. First Class, preferably with Distinction
• Candidates should have minimum 3 years of work experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting and over all minimum 14 years work experience in industry.

Experience:

• Containerization and operating them on a Kubernetes platform experience
• Helm deployment management experience is a plus.
• Administration of Infrastructure Experience (installation, upgrade, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Ability to employ a wide range of open source and cloud technologies.
• Should be able to write Python scripts (preferably)
• Prometheus monitoring and alerting platform experience
• Any log analysis tool, such as Splunk or ELK, experience or understanding is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Virtualization experience (Docker, VMware, etc.) is required.
• Worked with Linux Systems Administration and Troubleshooting for a long time. Internals of Linux are well-versed.
• For automation, strong scripting abilities (e.g. shell scripting, Python, Perl) are required.
• Experience with virtualization (Docker, VMware, etc.) is necessary.
• I’ve spent a lot of time working with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting. Linux’s internals are well-understood.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. shell scripting, Python, Perl) are required for automation.
