Manager – Information Technology:

• The incumbent must have at least 8 years of experience with ATM day-to-day operations and support for ATM upkeep.
• Within TAT, should be able to make ATMs operational for new forthcoming ATMs
• Aspirants should be able to assist and coordinate with branch employees to quickly fix ATM difficulties.
• EOD training, escalation matrix, and GL posting in CBS are all available.
• After making the ATM LIVE, ensure that the engineer provides sufficient EOD training to the branch staff.
• Aspirants should be able to keep track of ATM-related data.
• To Handling of invoices on a monthly/daily basis.
• RBI reporting MIS to NPCI.
• To maintain records for ATM Admin card & TMK for audit purpose.
• Billing and cost management for OEM vendors.
• Support for a new project involving operations.
• Data about PM and spare damage is kept up to date.
• Knowledge with SQL is advantageous.
• For reporting purposes, advanced MS-Excel knowledge is required.
