Engineering Counselling 2022 Round 2 Seat Allotment: 30k Seats have Allotted.Thirty thousand seats in the second round of engineering entrance counselling have been allocated. It is advised that students confirm their tentative allotment by today.
On October 10, the “online” public counselling for B.E., B.Tech.first-year admissions to engineering colleges connected with Anna University began. On the 25th, the initial round of allotments was finished. 9,500 of these individuals received seat assignments. The second phase of online preference registration began on May 25 and finished yesterday. A total of 31,000 persons were permitted to participate in this.
Seats have been conditionally assigned based on the students’ preferred registration choices and ranked preference. The pupils received online orders for this yesterday.The Engineering Counseling Committee has instructed the students to confirm this allocation by today at 5:00 PM, or to choose whether to move on to the following round.
In the first round of counselling, 568 applicants in the general category were turned away; in the government’s 7.5 percent quota part, 28 people were denied seats despite the provisional quota being confirmed.
