ECIL Scientific Assistant Qualification:
A first class Diploma in Engineering from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in Electronics and Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical for Scientific Assistant –A and ITI for Senior Artisan/ Junior Artisan post.
