The Training modules Developed by IIIDEM in tie-up with IIFES
The Indian Election Commission commonly known as ECI releases 5 international election management training modules. The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) planned to train ten modules about election management in the tie-up with International Foundation for Electoral System (IIFES). The IIIDEM established the IIFES in 2011, June to advance its competence in election managements. The list of a little part of this module is given.
That modules are based on the topics related to planning for elections, political finance, voter registration, election technology and about the political parties and EMBs. Through internet the planned training modules were launched by IIFES president Mr.Anthony Banbury and his team from Washington, our Chief Election Commissioner Shri Sushil Chandra with election commissioners Shri Rajiv Kumar and Shri Anup Chandra Pandey via video conference.

The Indian current Election commissioner Mr.Shri Anup Chandra Pandey said that, this training modules which get launched by them in the internet virtually, will be treated as a document of information to teach about the process of election management on deep, the topics tells the importance of training and capacity development in preparation of election management duties, electoral technology, electoral systems, legal frameworks.
