- Candidates should have retired from Central/ State Govts. PSUs. Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Govt. R&D Organization
- Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering diploma from a recognized university.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge and experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

DRDO Recruitment 2024 Salary
For Pensioners: A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
For Non-Pensioners: Candidates will get a Salary of Rs.40, 000/- and Rs.3, 000/- of Conveyance allowance
