 DRDO DIAT Recruitment 2021 Age Limit:

The Upper Age Limit is not exceeding 28 years for JRF and 30 year for SRF. The Age Relaxation is based as per the norms of the board

DRDO DIAT Recruitment 2021 Qualification:

• Junior Research Fellow – Master degree in Physics/Electronics Science/ Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent, First Class with NET/GATE
• Senior Research Fellow – ME/ M.Tech/M. Phil in Physics/Electronics Science/ Applied Physics/Laser & Electro-optics/ Laser Technology/ Applied Optics/Photonics/ Opto-Electronics and Optical Communication/ Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Comm. Engg. or equivalent First Class with UGC/CSIRNET/GATE.

DRDO DIAT Recruitment 2021 Salary Scale:

• JRF – Salary Scale will be paid for this post is Rs 31,000 PM
• SRF – Salary Scale will be paid for this post is Rs 35,000 PM

DRDO DIAT Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

The interview will be used to determine who will be chosen (in person or video conference). Attendance at the interview will not be compensated with a TA/DA. The names of those who have been chosen for an interview will be posted on the DIAT website, and/or an email will be issued to those who qualify.
