- holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in Level-12 (Rs.78800-209200/-) in Pay Matrix with fifteen years Group-`A’ service and
- possessing a Degree in Civil Engineering; and
- Fifteen years experience in execution of civil works.
