NEGD Eligibility Criteria 2021:
Qualification:
Consultant CB & HR : Graduation with PGDM / MBA in HR Communication Skills, Document writing, drafting , MS Office Tools.
Sr. Consultant (RAS): Graduation (full time) in B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA
Consultant: Graduation /B.E/ B. Tech. (mandatory) and M. Tech. /MBA (desirable) Qualification can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates.
NEGD Consultant Experience:
Consultant CB & HR :
- Core HR experience viz HR Policies and processes, talent acquision and management, Performance Appraisal, Competency Mapping, Compensation Benchmarking Training & Development Project Management
- Experience of working with Government organizations is desirable
- Project management experience and experience of working in a Multi Stakeholder Management would be desirable
Sr. Consultant (RAS):
- 12-18 years of post qualification experience
- At least 8 years of experience in Program management, Project Development, Implementation of IT initiatives and Project Consulting.
- Experience of preparing documents like Request for Proposal (RFP), Project proposals/ DPR, Expenditure Finance Committee (EFC) Notes, Techno-functional project specific documents & Presentations is essential.
Consultant:
- 6yr+ experience in Software/Networking Project
- Management/Operations, Enterprise-Wide systems integration/implementation projects
- MS-Office, MS Project, JIRA etc.
- Knowledge of Application Performance Tools (Kibana, Skywalker etc.) would be preferable
- PMP/ PMI certification (desirable)
