• Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-7
• PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 40000-140000 (lDA) (E1) with four years ‘service in that grade
• Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-7) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-6
• PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 30,000-1, 20,000 (IDA) (E0) with four years, service in that Grade

Job Description:

• Overall supervision of activities of Mechanical Deptt. Attention to en route defective wagons.
• Co-ordination with IR for activities pertaining to Mech. Deptt. Co-ordination with IR in case of accidents including attending the accident site.
• Co-ordination with OCC regarding Way Side Equipment working and its maintenance.
