Ranking list of the most punctuality of domestic flights was published
Air India is at the 1st place in terms of punctuality of flights in the ranking list published by the Directorate of Civil Aviation.
2nd place is Vichdara and AirAsia and IndiGo is at the third place, last place is GoFirst.
JNPA inaugurates Continuous Marine Water Quality Monitoring Station
Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), India’s best-performing Port, in association with the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras, developed a Continuous Marine Water Quality Monitoring Station (CMWQMS) & launched an Electric Environmental Monitoring Vehicle (EV) on November 21, 2022 at the Port.
Through this, JNPA will be able to reduce the greenhouse gas footprint of vehicles, in addition to checking compliance with Environmental Quality around the port estate through water quality stations data, such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, conductivity, nitrate, etc is essential for maintaining hygienic standards in the marine environment.
Films on child rights to be promoted at IFFI in Goa
UNICEF and National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) have joined hands to promote films with a child rights perspective at the 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa.
Special sections for films that highlight children’s and adolescents’ issues and rights have been created at IFFI for the first time. Six films narrated jointly by NFDC and UNICEF are being screened during the 9-day Celebration of IFFI.

Garuda Shakti Military Exercise
Currently, the joint exercise Garuda Shakti with Indonesian Special Forces and a group of Indian Special Forces troops is taking place at Sangga Buana Training Area, Karawang, Indonesia.
The exercise, which began on 21 November 2022, is a joint exercise between the two Special Forces in which orientation, weaponry, equipment, innovations and various other activities are carried out to enhance the capabilities of the Special Forces.
Nepal Parliamentary Elections
Parliamentary and Provincial Assembly elections were held in Nepal on November 20,2022. This is the second general election after the promulgation of the Constitution in 2015.
In Nepal, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Duba was elected for the 7th consecutive term from his home district of Dhankuda. Senior Nepali Congress leader Mr. Duba defeated the independent candidate Sagar Thakal by a margin of 12 thousand votes.

For the first time in India, Virudhunagar District VIRU- information and grievance redressal service WhatsApp number 9488400438 has been introduced.
The VIRU Information and Grievance Redressal Service number has been developed to provide instant government information to the public.(eg.These services include linking Aadhaar number with Voter ID card, searching name in voter list, registering as a new voter and many more applications are found)

Anil Sahasrabudhe was the Chairman of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and his tenure ends on 1st September 2022, after him Jagadish Kumar acting as a Interim Chairman, AICTE.
Now, the Union Ministry of Education has announced Director of IIT Guwahati, DG Seetharam as the Chairman of the All India Council for Technical Education. And he will continue in this post for 3 years or till he attains the age of 65 years.

The Union AYUSH Ministry has appointed Dr. Meenakumari as the new Director General of National Psychiatric Research Group at Tambaram Sanatorium.

2024 World Cup Cricket Game Change
West Indies and USA will jointly hosted the 9th 20 Over World Cup in 2024.
Also in 2024 the World Cup format will be changed and a total of 20 teams will participate in the World Cup. They are divided into 4 divisions and compete in leagues. The top 2 teams in each division will move to the Super 8 round. The 8 teams coming to the Super8 round will be divided into two groups and compete. From that 4 teams will be selected for the semi-final.
