Job Description:
- Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and bank leads.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in assigned areas/markets.
- Plan and organize meetings with potential clients, assess their needs, and sell the bank’s products and services.
- Assist branches in planning and executing customer meetings.
- Participate in exhibitions and other local events on behalf of the Bank, with the approval and consultation of the reporting manager, with the goal of promoting the Bank’s brand, products, and services.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for cross-selling of the bank’s other retail products and services.
- Maintain the Bank’s value and brand at all times, especially when dealing with customers/potential customers/clients.
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the bank.
