- Initiate internal audit report closure in eTHIC software and closure of gold loan audit report (Manuel process)
- Technical support to internal auditors with respect to eTHIC software and CBS.
- Branch allocation to internal auditors for audit in eTHIC software.
- Administration works of internal audit software. Such as creating user ID for branches/Zones and resetting/unlocking of password.
- Ensuring technical support to Branches, Zones and Auditors from online audit software team.
- Managing/tracking expense of the department and maintaining records related the payment.
