Post Name	Eligibility Criteria
Manager	Qualification: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA. Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank
Asst. Manager	Qualification: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA. Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank
Officer	Qualification: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA. Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Banking portfolio in Officer/ Clerical cadre. Knowledge and experience of credit portfolio will be preferred. Multi-tasking will be added merit.
Marketing Executive	Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing. Experience: 2 / 3 yrs. in marketing of various Retail Loan products preferred.
Team Leader- Marketing	Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing Experience: At least 7 years’ experience in any Bank / NBFC / DSA
