CTS Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
- Work directly with Splunk to understand the individual needs of the business
- Create and present reports to executive team members and EDM leadership to support recommendations
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to project deadlines
- Serving as a point of contact for Finance and GTM teams and coordinate with Splunk Analysts in gathering and assigning tasks/work to the Cognizant team
- Communicating with functional and technical project managers from Finance and GTM to keep the EDM Scope with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Manage the Jira and SNOW queue for Finance and GTM and prioritize the list of tasks/deliverables
- Perform sprint planning with assigned priorities & effort estimation
- Development lifecycle statuses in JIRA to review every story point in time and help with Backlog Grooming
- Produce metrics at the end of each Sprint/Project on JIRA/SNOW tickets closed, user stories completed, number of DQ rules built, business glossaries uploaded, jobs in BODS and tableau dashboards etc.
