Cognizant Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Pega Developer–Applicant should be a Certified Pega SA with 3-4 years of experience in Pega application support/development.
Senior Pega Developer–Applicant should be a Certified Pega SSA with 5-6 years of experience in Pega Design & Build.
Cognizant Recruitment 2023 Roles & Responsibility:
- Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support
- To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development and implementation
- To understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes
- To perform enhancement and defect fixing at Pega code level
- To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
- To provides all tiers of Production Support to the users and this includes defect triage, data maintenance, and quality assurance functions
- To provide Pega application support, defect fixing and minor enhancement for applications
- Working knowledge in AVM engagement with exposure to KPI & Metrics will be an advantage
