• Undertake project-specific proof of concepts activities (Claims domain) to validate technical feasibility (with guidance from the Application Architect
• Organize team initiatives on a periodic basis; Conduct training/webinars to impart knowledge to relevant application development/project teams and share expertise
• Open technical bridges on a need basis and involve all technical teams to work on the production incident and take it to closure and others.
