The Haryana state college teachers are thinking that the provision given to them was inappropriate, and it will come under strong criticism. In recent times the government is revising some eligibility criteria to certain categories. Recently Haryana government has made some revisions in provisions.
Seeing that news the state college teachers are strongly opposing the revised provisions. The revised provision has made some changes in the minimum eligibility criteria for appointing teachers, staff, librarians, and directors of physical education and sports. Before this, the government has made changes in the reappointment of teachers up to 65 years and Made PhD mandatory for Post.
HGCTA (Haryana government college teachers association) also strongly opposes this announcement. Because of this move, the employment of young professors in colleges will get affected said HGCTA. HGCTA also states that they will conduct a state-wide protest if the government will not take any action for this situation.
