Age Limit

The candidate age limit must be below 65 years is necessary to apply for CIPET Recruitment 2022.

Education Qualification

• Candidate should haveFull time First Class BE/B.Techand ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ ManufacturingEngineering from a recognized University. OR Full time Master’s Degree with good academic record with First class (Mechanical Engg. /Manufacturing background) or an equivalent CGPA in the relevant discipline from IndianUniversities.
• Besides fulfilling the qualification, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test(NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.
• ORCandidates who have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UGC regulations shallbe exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SLET/SET forrecruitment and appointments of Assistant Professors or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges / Institutions Universities / Colleges/Institutions.

Required Experience

Candidate should have at least 02 years post qualification academic experience in the area of Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering is necessary.

CIPET Recruitment 2022 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Assistant Professor isRs. 35,000 to Rs. 40000/- per monthfrom the respective board. Maximum term of Engagement on contract is 1 Year (Renewable upto 3 years based on performance and requirement).
