Educational Qualification for CFSL Recruitment 2020:
- Master’s Degree in Physics/Mathematics, Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent.

Age Limit for CFSL Recruitment 2020:
The Upper Age Limit for the Candidates do not Exceeding maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Pay Scale for CFSL Recruitment 2020:
- Officers of Central/State government holding analogous post on regular basis or with three years’ service
- PB-2, Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- (Pre-revised scale) {Level6 in Pay Matrix as per CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016} or equivalent and PB-2, Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4600/- (Pre- Revised scale), {Level – 7 in Pay Matrix as per CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016
