Good News for Central Government Employees – Salary Will Increase With the New Formula! 8th Pay Commission!!  The central government employees soon will get hike in salary with the new formula. In recent times, the central government employees are getting some good news about the hike in salary, dearness allowance etc. As per the recent information we get, there will be implemented new pay commission which is 8th Pay Commission soon. Meanwhile, Justice Mathur has advised that the implementation of Aykroyd formula to increase the salary of central government employees.

With this, there is no need to wait for 10 years for salary revision. Moreover, in future the salary of employees will increase with a new formula, Finance Ministry said. On regarding this the Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary said in the Lok Sabha that, there is no consideration is being taken by the government on the 8th Pay Commission yet and no need for implementing a Pay Commission to review the salaries, allowances and pensions of central employees.

But, he insisted a new formula which is Aykroyd formula that offers salary of the employees will be linked to inflation, cost of living and performance of the employee. After assessing this the salary of central employees will increase. Meanwhile, it seems that the central government has no plan to discuss about the implementation of 8th Pay Commission and it’s is not officially confirmed yet.
