According to the notification the candidates who are willing to apply for the post of FLCC Counselor should possess the educational qualification of Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University. The applicants should be an officer who retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre to eligible for this position.

• For the post of Faculty, Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc with flair for teaching with Computer knowledge is essential to apply. A graduate like BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge is essential for the post of Office Assistant.
• The age of the candidates should be less than 65 years with sound health to apply for the other posts except the office assistant. For the office assistant post, the age of the candidates should below the age limit of 35 years.  If any candidates find fit for these jobs they would be subjected to the selection process that may include the interview or personality test or any other process. However, the candidates who will be selected for the post of FLCC Counselor will get the salary of Rs. 15,000/- PM plus lump sum amount of Rs. 500/- PM, for Faculty post, the salary will be Rs. 20,000/- and for Office Assistant salary is Rs. 12,000/- per month.
